The Esteponero Salvador Vilches will present his new book, ‘Vivencias de dos mujeres’ at Casa de Las Tejerinas.

The literary presentation will take place next Friday, April 17, at 6:00 p.m., with free access until full capacity is reached.
The Estepona City Council informs that the Estepona native Salvador Vilches Gómez will present next Friday, April 17, at 18:00 hours, in the Alfonso Gil Alfonso Hall of the Casa de Las Tejerinas, the book ‘Vivencias de dos mujeres’, in which he tells the story of two women who meet in their maturity and between letters, comings and goings and memories, recover an almost forgotten friendship.
Synopsis. Two women open up and reveal their souls to each other. Their experiences are laid bare, impregnated with the maturity that time offers. An encounter between two ordinary human beings. All this is enclosed within the pages of this work that breathes authenticity and calls for reflection as we enter its pages.
Salvador Vilches Gómez was born in Estepona in 1947. He studied at the Don José Álvarez Academy and graduated in Tourism in 1973. In addition to his native language, he speaks English and French. M.B.A. from the University of Paris, taught in Seville in 1989 and Alta Dirección 1 in San Telmo in 1996.
As a hotel director and project manager by profession, he has been in charge of several hotels in Spain, such as Sofico (Estepona and Fuengirola), Guadacorte (Los Barrios), Las Palomas (Torremolinos), Piramides (Fuengirola), among others. Beyond its borders, he has worked in hotels in Thailand and Cuba. He also worked in the development of a hotel in Moscow, on quarterly trips from 1990 to 1992, and later returned to Spain as general manager of various hotel establishments throughout the country.
He also served as president of the Hotel Association of the province of Malaga, AEHCOS, and as coordinator of the Costa del Sol Sanitation Forum.
Retired since 2011, his command of languages and his broad culture have led him to experiment in many fields, including literature. Last year he took the step with the poetry book ‘La puerta abierta’, published by Sakana editions.
