Summer Concert of the Cologne Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra at the Felipe VI Auditorium

It will take place on Thursday, July 11, at 9 p.m., with the participation of Sergey Didorenko (violin), Luis Álvaro (oboe) and Dima Gornowskij (cello).

The Estepona Town Hall informs that the Cologne Chamber Philharmonic will perform at the Felipe VI Auditorium on Thursday, July 11, at 21.00 hours. Faithful to its successful summer date, the Kammer Philharmonie Köln will perform selected works of great masters of music, such as Vivaldi, Paganini, Manuel de Falla and J.S. Bach, with the intervention, as soloists, of Sergey Didorenko, violin; Luís Álvaro, oboe; and Dima Gornowskij, cello.

Tickets are on sale at mientrada.net, telephone 902646289, and at the Auditorium box office from two hours before the concert.

The Cologne Chamber Philharmonic, D.D.C., was founded in 2003 in Cologne, Germany, a city internationally famous for its conservatory and music teachers. There, in the master classes of professors Viktor Tretjakov, Maria Kliegel, Robert Winn, Frans Helmerson, Zakhar Bron, Ralph Manno, the D.D.C. continuously recruits its talents. Already more than 100 musicians perform in various ensembles of the Philharmonic.

The Philharmonic’s goal is to make classical music sound all over the world on a world tour through New Zealand, Australia, Spain and Great Britain, and throughout Germany.

The Philharmonic’s motto is that its repertoire consists of the finest works. The special attraction of its program consists in the combination of popular works with lesser-known works from various musical epochs.
