The City Council carries out improvements in the public parking located at the east entrance of Estepona.

The work included the filling of sinkholes, leveling and compacting of the land, as well as clearing and cleaning of the entire perimeter.

Estepona City Council reports that during the past week has carried out improvement and refurbishment works in the municipal parking enabled in 2024 in front of Carrefour, a space that facilitates free parking in the access area to the town center by the east of the city and has more than 200 parking spaces.

This action, which has been developed on the two plots that make up the parking lot, as well as its accesses and the entire perimeter, has improved the safety and comfort of users and the general condition of the facilities.

Among the works that have been carried out are the filling of potholes and existing flaws in the surface, the leveling of the ground to ensure greater uniformity and stability, and the compaction of the surface of the exits and entrances to improve their strength and durability. In addition, the entire perimeter of the enclosure has been cleared and cleaned, improving both the image of the surroundings and the maintenance and safety conditions.

With these conservation and improvement works, the City Council reinforces its commitment to the maintenance of public spaces and the provision of services that facilitate mobility and parking in an area with a large influx of vehicles. These actions will allow this parking lot to continue offering adequate conditions of use for our citizens and visitors.
