The Municipal Theatre Group ‘Farándula’ plays at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center ‘Los héroes de Villafranca’, by the playwright I. García Barba

The performance of this comedy will take place next Friday, April 5, at 8:00 p.m.

Estepona City Council reports that the Municipal Theatre Group ‘Farándula’ will perform again the play ‘Los héroes de Villafranca’ by the great author Ignasi García Barba, after its successful premiere last February at the Felipe VI Auditorium on the occasion of the closing of events celebrating the 40th anniversary of the theater group.

On this occasion, the performance will take place next Friday, April 5, at 8:00 p.m., at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center.

The play is set in Aragon, in the early nineteenth century, during the Napoleonic occupation of the peninsula. A pure style comedy, which will be performed by local actors Miguel López, Rafa Alijas, Ana Fargas, Nathalie Martín, Sebastián Márquez, Miguel Aragón, Carlos Llovet, Jorge Centeno, Sabrina Castellano M. and Maribel Aragón. Directed by Jesús Luque, with Asunción Rivera as assistant director.

Tickets are priced at 5 euros and can be purchased at the box office from one hour before the start of the performance.
