City Hall begins revitalization of Mar Avenue to make it more sustainable

The City Hall has started the revitalization works of Mar Avenue, aiming to transform it into a more sustainable space. The repair of the unused fountains in this area has begun to address leaks and dampness that contribute to the deterioration of the structures. The plan is to replace these fountains with flower beds to enhance one of the most central and busy areas of the city, while also providing them with ornamental lighting for a more striking appearance. These interventions are part of the Maintenance, Conservation, and Repair Plan for all the fountains in the city, with a current focus on Mar Avenue and the west entrance fountain of La Constitución Park.
