Improvements made to the Las Chapas Active Participation Center
The City Council has completed a project to improve and reorganize spaces at the Las Chapas Active Participation Center, which has also provided the Department of Social Rights with larger, more accessible, and functional facilities. The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, visited the facilities with the department delegate, Isabel Cintado, and explained that the space previously occupied by the medical office at the Las Chapas district headquarters became available when the new health center was launched, allowing for the relocation of Social Services there. This expansion has enabled the incorporation of the area previously used by Social Services into the cafeteria at the seniors' center. The project involved an investment of over 50,000 euros.
