City Hall Renovates Exterior of Santa Teresa School to Enhance Conservation and Safety

The City Hall has begun a complete remodeling of the exterior of the Santa Teresa School with the aim of enhancing its maintenance and safety conditions. The Works Councillor, Diego López, noted that 'it is a necessary action to improve the building's condition and provide a more well-kept facility to the educational community'. 'The facade of the building showed the accumulated effects of recent weather phenomena, as well as the continued incidence of solar radiation due to the orientation of the center,' the councilor stated, explaining that 'there had been a progressive deterioration of the finish, in addition to the aging of the metal elements'.
