New Underground Parking and Boulevard Planned for Fuente Nueva in San Pedro Alcántara

The City Council will create an underground parking lot and a new boulevard in San Pedro Alcántara, specifically between Pablo Ruiz Picasso and Fuente Nueva streets. The deputy mayor of San Pedro, Javier García, has announced the project following the Local Government Board meeting, which will be sent to the Contracting Department to start the tender process. He stated, 'This is a very important intervention for the area.' The project includes a 215-space parking lot and a boulevard on the upper level, covering an area of 12,000 square meters, with a large children's play area. Additionally, two main double-lane one-way roads are planned to develop the general road system.
