Ground Floor Apartment in Benahavís

You pour a drink at the kitchen counter and step straight out onto your private lawn. The late sun is catching the edge of the Benahavís hills, turning the sky a deep amber, and the Mediterranean stretches out far below. This four-bedroom ground-floor apartment pairs the vast scale of a villa with the ease of a single level.

Room for everyone

With 271 square metres of interior space, this is a seriously large home. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms mean guests have total privacy, and large families never feel on top of each other. The living areas flow around an open-plan equipped kitchen, creating a massive central hub that opens out to a 43-square-metre private terrace and your own garden. You get the grass under your feet and the sweeping panoramic sea views, without having to maintain the grounds yourself.

The perks of the club

Living in this gated enclave brings access to amenities that rival a private club. You can start the day in the residents' gym or spa, take a swim in the communal pool, and rely on the concierge to handle the small details. Underground parking keeps vehicles cool and secure.

High above the coast

The Montemayor area is known for its privacy and its altitude. You are tucked away among pine trees and fairways, completely removed from the noise of the coast, yet a quick drive brings you back to the towns and beaches below.

Who it is for

Those who want the footprint of a large house but prefer the security and simplicity of an apartment. If you love having a garden, need four suites for visitors, and want a sweeping view of the coast, this ground-floor property is the answer.
