Middle Floor Apartment in Estepona

The calendar says November, but the sun on your shoulders feels like August as you settle into a chair with a book. The heavy summer traffic has faded, the beaches are empty, and the coast belongs to the locals again. This middle-floor, two-bedroom apartment offers a front-row seat to the best season in southern Spain.

A retreat above the ground

The numbers tell part of the story: 187 square metres of built area and a 50-square-metre private terrace. But the feeling is what really matters. Floor-to-ceiling windows connect the deep outdoor space to an open living area and a fully fitted kitchen. With underfloor heating warming the tiles beneath your feet on cooler winter evenings, the home feels incredibly comfortable long after the tourists have left. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms provide just the right amount of space for a low-maintenance life.

Your own wellness club

Living here means you do not need to join a gym. Residents share access to an indoor pool, a spa with a sauna, and fitness facilities. An outdoor pool and a cinema in the social club add brilliant layers to your weekend routine.

The Selwo hillside

Positioned slightly inland in Estepona, the Selwo neighbourhood gives you elevation and breathing room. You are minutes from the water, yet insulated from the coastal highway noise. Estepona town, with its working fishing port and excellent restaurants, is just a quick drive down the hill.

Who it is for

Those looking for an easy lock-and-leave base that does not compromise on outdoor living. If you want a vast terrace and a quiet corner of the coast for winter escapes or year-round living, this fits perfectly.
