Middle Floor Apartment in Estepona

You hear the faint, happy shouts of kids playing in the communal water below, echoing through the warm afternoon air. You are up on your terrace, waiting with cold drinks and dry towels, looking out towards the water. This three-bedroom apartment in Estepona is built for those long, loud, effortless family summers on the coast.

Room for everyone to breathe

With 146 square metres of interior space, there is room for the whole family to spread out. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms mean no waiting in line for the rain shower after a sandy day at Playa Bahía Dorada. The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick lunches to big family dinners, while modern windows and partial electric blinds keep the midday heat at bay when anyone needs a quiet hour out of the sun.

An outdoor living room

The terrace is the real heart of this home. At 177 square metres, it is actually larger than the interior. It wraps around your days, offering space for a massive dining table, a row of sun loungers, and a quiet corner just to sit and catch that partial sea view over the rooftops.

The practical side

A secure entrance door and video surveillance across the complex give you complete peace of mind when you lock up and leave. Downstairs, the shared swimming pool features convenient changing rooms and toilets, and there is a resident fitness room.

Life at Bahía Dorada

This stretch of the Estepona coast feels grounded and real. You are close enough to the town centre for evening walks and tapas, but far enough down the shore to avoid the heavy summer traffic.

Who this is for

Families wanting a generous holiday base, or buyers looking for a smart, low-maintenance coastal home that easily fits three generations under one roof without ever feeling crowded.
