The Athletics Stadium will host the 3rd Aprona Sports and Leisure Day on the 27th.
The event, which was canceled on the 6th due to rain, will bring together 240 athletes with intellectual disabilities from throughout the province of Malaga and Campo de Gibraltar.
Estepona City Council reports that on Thursday March 27 will be held at the Municipal Athletics Stadium the III Day of Coexistence Leisure-Sports Aprona, for people with intellectual disabilities.
This event is organized by the Foundation for People with Functional Diversity of Estepona, Aprona, with the collaboration of the City Council and the Institute of Secondary Education Monterroso, and includes activities that work motor skills and fitness.
The day, which will run from 10.00 to 15.00 hours, will bring together 240 athletes with intellectual disabilities throughout the province of Malaga and Campo de Gibraltar.
In the two previous editions held more than a dozen associations participated in this day of inclusive coexistence, in which the game and sport serve as a connection. The meeting will end with a paella lunch for all attendees.
