Cancelada celebrates the I Solidarity Night Market for the benefit of the association Los Pasos de Noa

It will be held this Saturday, May 30, starting at 6:30 p.m. at José Vázquez square.

The City Council of Estepona reports that this Saturday, May 30, Cancelada will hold the I Solidarity Night Market ‘La Noche de Noa’ which will raise funds for this girl who suffers from ‘spinal muscular atrophy’, a genetic and degenerative disease for which there is no cure at present although there is treatment.

The deputy mayor of the Extrarradio area, Begoña Ortiz, reported that this is a craft market, which will feature 30 stands of the most varied. Also, the mayor stressed that in addition to its recreational nature, this activity aims to promote neighborhood coexistence, citizen participation and solidarity support for a very necessary cause such as the association ‘Los Pasos de Noa’.

As announced by the municipal responsible the event will begin at 18.30 hours and will feature the following program:

19.30 hours: Concert by the choir ‘Son y Sal’.

20.30 hours: Performance of the dance academy ‘Only Flamenco” by the teacher Ana Guerrero

21.30 hours: Animation by Dj Pepe.

In addition, there will be parallel activities such as a themed photocall where attendees can take fun photos, children’s workshops and crafts and a great gymkhana through the courtyards of Cancelada.

For her part, the president of the Association Los Pasos de Noa, Maria Jose Fernandez Marchante, explained that there will be a solidarity bar with food and drink, whose proceeds will go to this cause. She also wanted to thank the City Council for all the support provided and encouraged the participation of citizens “because Noa needs your help”.
