Concert of the Cologne Chamber Philharmonic at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center

The Estepona Town Hall informs that the Cologne Chamber Philharmonic will perform at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center next Thursday, July 10, at 21:00 hours. True to its successful summer date, the Kammer Philharmonie Köln will perform selected works of great masters of music, such as Vivaldi, Mozart, Tchaikovsky, Saint-Saëns and Cimarosa, with the intervention, as soloists, of Sergey Didorenko, Violin, Dmitri Gornowskij, Cello, and Luis Alvarez, Oboe. Tickets are on sale at www.giglon.com and at the box office, the day of the concert, from one hour before the beginning.
The Cologne Chamber Philharmonic, D.D.C., was founded in 2003 in Cologne, Germany, a city internationally famous for its conservatory and its music teachers. There, in the master classes of professors Viktor Tretjakov, Maria Kliegel, Robert Winn, Frans Helmerson, Zakhar Bron, Ralph Manno, the D.D.C. continuously recruits its talents. Already more than 100 musicians perform in various Philharmonic ensembles.
The Philharmonic’s goal is to make classical music heard all over the world on a world tour to New Zealand, Australia, Spain and Great Britain, and throughout Germany.
The Philharmonic’s motto is that its repertoire consists of the finest works. The special attraction of its program is the combination of popular and lesser-known works from various musical eras.
