Estepona City Council collaborates with ‘MasterChef’ to promote gastronomy and local heritage

The program, which will be broadcasted next Monday, May 18 at 10.50 p.m. on La 1 and RTVE Play, will have the city as the setting for the outdoor test.

The City Council of Estepona has collaborated with the program ‘MasterChef’ in the recording of the outdoor test, which can be seen this coming Monday, May 18 (at 22.50 hours on La 1 and RTVE Play), and which was recently recorded in Playa del Padrón.

The culinary talent, produced by RTVE in collaboration with Shine Iberia, will promote next week the local gastronomy and heritage. The judges of ‘MasterChef’ will organize a trip to Estepona, where the contestants will have to demonstrate their culinary skills in the preparation of dishes with local products in the kitchens of Sublim Beach.

The jury will have the collaboration of the actress Raquel Meroño, winner of ‘MasterChef Celebrity 5’, in charge of forming the teams and designing the dishes of a menu based on the technique and the product that will be served to 80 diners, among which are local personalities and regular customers of the restaurant.
