Local author Ángel Rovira Sánchez presents his first novel, ‘El reflejo de lo que soy’, at Casa de Las Tejerinas.

The literary presentation will take place next Friday, November 7, at 6:00 p.m., with free access until full capacity is reached.

The Estepona City Council informs that next Friday, November 7, at 18:00 hours, will take place in the Alfonso Gil Alfonso Hall of the Casa de Las Tejerinas, the presentation of the first book by Angel Rovira Sanchez, ‘El reflejo de lo que soy’ (The reflection of what I am).

Published by Editorial ExLibric, ‘El reflejo de lo que soy’ describes in a pleasant and light way how different ways of facing life and interpersonal relationships can coexist with each other, even colliding on some occasions.

Abril is a supermarket cashier and has a monotonous and routine life, although deep down she has always been passionate about photography. Oliver, her lifelong boyfriend, is going through a very painful moment: the loss of his mother.

Abril does not know how to cope with the situation, and even feels a bit abandoned, until Eneas (an apparently cheerful and sarcastic young man) and Alhena (a spectacular and captivating Drag Queen) burst into her life in an unexpected way.

Ángel Rovira Sánchez was born on June 8, 1993 in Ceuta, and has lived in Estepona since 2021. At 32 years old, having always been passionate about romantic and erotic literature, this is the first time he dares to write what he considers his first novel.

‘El reflejo de lo que soy’ tells a totally fictitious story with respect to characters, but one hundred percent real in feelings and experiences, since ninety percent of the story is inspired by key moments in his life, as well as those of his partner and close friends.

“In these pages I totally bare my soul and my thoughts about fighting for a dream and, above all, about how to live love, friendship, family relationships and sexuality in a totally natural and relaxed way, without allowing prejudices or “who will say” to direct our lives,” says the author.
