Manu Sánchez, María León and the opera Nabucco, protagonists of the Felipe VI Auditorium's programming this quarter

The company Eternidad Eventos takes over the management of this cultural facility with an innovative project that will enhance the use of the main hall as well as hall 2 and the outdoor areas.

The Felipe VI Auditorium today presented its program for the next quarter. The new concessionaire of this cultural facility, Eternity Events, will offer a wide and varied program of quality events including theater, stage shows, comedy, operas, operas, concerts, recitals, dance, training activities, film screenings and activities of the congress sector, as explained by the Councillor for Culture and Festivals, Macarena Diánez.

Those responsible for 'Eternity Events', Jonathan Marchena Perez and Alonso Izquierdo Pacheco Izquierdo, have advanced some of the events that will take place in the last quarter of the year. The Andalusian comedian Manu Sanchez with his show 'Entregamos' (October 31 and November 1), the opera Nabucco (November) or the play 'Casa de Muñecas' with Maria Leon (December), are just some of the activities that will host the Felipe VI Auditorium from now on.

On the other hand, they have commented that on October 5 will take place the representation of the musical 'Beauty and the Beast', on October 18 will be the turn of 'Frozen, musical tribute', and on October 24 we can enjoy a concert of piano and voice in tribute to 'The Phantom of the Opera'.

The November program will continue with the show 'The Invisible Magician' (9th) and will continue with the Great Acrobatic Circus of China on November 28th. Also in November, pending confirmation of the exact date, we will be able to enjoy the opera Nabucco with the National Opera Theater of Moldova. In December it will be the turn of the theater with the play 'A Doll's House', starring actress Maria Leon from Seville.

The Councilor for Culture, Macarena Diánez, has advanced that the programming is available on the web www.teatroestepona.com, where you can also find some of the appointments scheduled for 2026 as the concert of José Mercé, the monologue of José Luis Calero or the performance of the comparsa of Martínez Ares 'Los humanos', Rafael Álvarez 'El Brujo', Alex O'Dogherty or Luis Piedrahita, among others.

The new stage is presented with a renewed vision that seeks to maximize the space and offer a continuous, diverse and quality programming, both in the main hall and in Hall 2, as well as in the outdoor spaces, as indicated by those responsible for 'Eternidad Eventos', who have commented that they will be informed in detail of the various shows that will be incorporated into the program.

For this, they will count on the presence of prestigious companies and artists of national and international relevance, thus reinforcing the cultural projection of the Auditorium on the Costa del Sol.

Among the outstanding projects is the programming of outdoor concert series and an indoor program aimed at all types of audiences. Likewise, artistic and audiovisual training will be promoted, with the opening of the space to schools of theater, dance, music and new disciplines, encouraging the participation of young talents. "We firmly believe in the enormous potential of the Teatro Auditorio Felipe VI, a space that can be exploited in all its dimensions. Our commitment is to open its doors to culture, training and quality entertainment for all audiences," said Marchena and Izquierdo.

With this new management, the Felipe VI Auditorium Theater aims to become a cultural and social hub of reference, bringing art, music, theater and training to the heart of Estepona and the Costa del Sol.

The Felipe VI Auditorium Theater has completed a decade since its launch in March 2015. With a built area of 5,500 square meters, its main hall has a capacity for 600 seats and a stage of 225 square meters. It is one of the most important municipal facilities built by the current government team in its firm commitment to the development of culture and to provide the municipality with a large space for performing arts, music and culture.

In addition to the main hall, the auditorium has another secondary hall with folding bleachers and additional capacity for a hundred people. It also has a semi-covered outdoor area, compatible with the interior uses of the building. The building is also prepared for the celebration of large congresses. Its versatility has led it to be considered a reference on the Costa del Sol.
