Marbella to Commemorate International Trans Visibility Day

The Marbella City Council, through the Department of Equality and Diversity, will commemorate International Trans Visibility Day, celebrated on March 31, focusing on the need to advance towards real and effective equality for this community in the workplace, where there are still significant inequalities and discriminatory situations. The council reports that this commemoration aims to bring visibility to their reality, combat stereotypes and prejudices, and denounce the structural barriers that hinder their full social and professional inclusion. In this context, employment is essential to ensure personal autonomy, dignity, and participation on equal terms in social and economic life.
