The Estepona City Council reports that more than 700 athletes participated on Sunday in the XII Urban Race 10 KM 'Trofeo Reciclados Jurado', one of the most important sports events in the local and Andalusian calendar.
Runners Javier Díaz Carretero and Claire Simonet were the winners of the absolute race (10 km) in the male and female categories, respectively, and Miguel García Molina and Emma Jones in the 5 km race.
This year, the race was held under the slogan 'United for Sport and Recycling'. Therefore, the design of the T-shirt was inspired by the sporting spirit, sustainability and the local identity of Estepona.
