The City Council is opening registration today for the Culture Department’s Summer Courses

Applications may be submitted by email starting June 22, and in person at City Hall from July 1 to 3, by appointment only.
The Estepona City Council announces that today, Monday, June 22, registration opens for the Culture Department’s 2026 Summer Courses, which will be held from July 13 to August 28.
Registration can be completed via email from June 22 through July 10. Those interested must complete the corresponding registration form (available for download on the Bulletin Board of the Estepona City Council’s website) and send it via email to: cursoscultura@estepona.es Once the application is received, a payment notice will be sent via email; payment can be made either by bank transfer or in person at City Hall starting July 1.
Additionally, a special period for in-person registration and/or payment at City Hall has been established from Wednesday, July 1, through Friday, July 3. To do so, you must schedule an appointment in advance through the website: citaprevia.estepona.es
The various courses and workshops are designed for different age groups and skill levels. Activities include disciplines such as sevillanas, castanets, ballroom dancing, flamenco, crafts, and Latin rhythms, among others.
Classes will be held at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center (dance, flamenco guitar, and arts and crafts for adults and children), at the Francisco Muñoz Pérez Municipal Soccer Stadium (percussion), and in Cancelada (arts and crafts for children).
Courses in Estepona: July 13–August 28.
– Arts and Crafts (adults and children), with María Eugenia Espinosa.
– Flamenco Guitar, with Paco Javier Jimeno: Beginner and Intermediate Levels.
– Percussion, with Chico Fargas: Creative and general-style percussion.
– Ballroom dancing, Latin rhythms, and Sevillanas, with Mariví Rodríguez.
– Flamenco Sevillanas and Beginner Castanets for children ages 8 to 11, with Lourdes Barrientos.
– Flamenco for adults, with Eva Alarcón.
– Theater, with Juan José Luque
Courses in Cancelada: July 13–August 28.
– Arts and Crafts (children), with María Eugenia Espinosa.
The City Council encourages residents to participate in this educational and cultural program, designed to promote learning, community, and enjoyment during the summer months.
