The City Council is scheduling ten free dance performances for the ’26 Summer Nights series

Plaza del Reloj, Parque del Orquidario, and Parque El Calvario will serve as dance venues every Tuesday for the summer performances

The Estepona City Council announces that various public spaces, such as the Plaza del Reloj, the Orquidario Botanical Garden, and El Calvario Park, will host dance performances throughout the summer as part of the “2026 Summer Cultural Calendar.”

These performances will be presented by dance students, most of whom attend the various municipal dance academies located at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center. From July 14 to September 15, a total of ten free performances will take place, beginning at 9:30 p.m.:

· Tuesday, July 14, at Plaza del Reloj: DANCE. Students from the Dance Academy directed by Mónica Peña will present a showcase of different dance styles, each with its own unique flair.

· Tuesday, July 21, at the Orquidario Botanical Garden: DANCE THERAPY. The “=ES” (Equal) Dance Therapy workshop organized by the Department of Social Services and Social Integration, led by Inmaculada Chacón.

· Tuesday, July 28, at Plaza del Reloj: CLASSICAL BALLET, MODERN JAZZ, AND LATIN DANCES. The MT Dance School, directed by Martina Tessaro, presents a modern dance performance featuring lyrical segments, Latin influences, and classical technique with elements of Spanish dance.

· Tuesday, August 4, at Plaza del Reloj: FLAMENCO. “Sólo Flamenco” Dance Academy, directed by Ana Guerrero.

· Tuesday, August 11, at El Calvario Park: SPANISH DANCE, FLAMENCO, AND MODERN DANCE. Spanish Dance and Flamenco Studio, directed by Eva Alarcón, and the “Ocean Danza y Acrobacia” School, directed by Laura and Sara Perea.

· Tuesday, August 18, at the Orquidario Botanical Garden: BALLROOM DANCING, CABARET, FLAMENCO, AND MODERN DANCE. Ballroom Dance, Cabaret, and Oriental Dance Studio, directed by Mariví Rodríguez, and the “Dynasty” Dance School, directed by flamenco dancer Claudia Ramírez “La Marivilla.”

· Tuesday, August 25, at the Plaza del Reloj: SPANISH DANCE, FLAMENCO, AND MODERN DANCE. Spanish Dance and Flamenco Workshop, led by Eva Alarcón, and the “Ocean Danza y Acrobacia” School, led by Laura and Sara Perea.

· Tuesday, September 8, at the Orquidario Botanical Park: FLAMENCO AND MODERN DANCE. “El Taller del Arte,” a creative space directed by dancers José Franco and Inmaculada Carmona.

· Tuesday, September 15, at El Calvario Park: FLAMENCO, CLASSICAL SPANISH DANCE, MODERN DANCE, AND BALLET. Gemma Sánchez’s Dance Studio “La Milana.”
