The City Council will carry out the second phase of the air conditioning plan with the installation of 50 units in public schools.

These cooling and heating systems will be added to those already installed, with a total investment of 130,000 euros.
Estepona City Council reports that will soon implement the second phase of the air conditioning plan in schools in the municipality with the aim of installing fifty air conditioning and heating, which will involve an investment of 70,000 euros.
The councilor attached to the area of Education, Maria Aguilar, said that this action will complete the improvements started last summer when fifty of these teams were installed in the various schools in the city. This action, which had an investment of 60,000 euros for what was the purchase and installation of this machinery, has meant the creation of a comfortable environment for the educational community.
As highlighted by the mayor, the investment of 130,000 euros made by the City Council, coupled with the contribution of 100,000 euros by the Junta de Andalucía for the same purpose, will allow a significant improvement in the air conditioning of public schools in Estepona.
This action is an important step forward in improving the educational infrastructure of the municipality, ensuring that all these centers provide the most appropriate conditions of thermal comfort for students and teachers throughout the school year.
