The City Council will offer a free PPP creation workshop for young people over 14 years of age.

The activity consists of 20 teaching hours and will be held at the children’s technology academy Élite Brain Estepona, on September 26 and 27 and October 3 and 4, upon registration by e-mail info@robonautas.com.
Estepona City Council informs that the municipal delegation of Youth has organized a workshop to create APPs for young people over 14 years old. The course will be totally free and will take place on Fridays September 26 and October 3 from 16:00 to 20:00 and on Saturdays September 27 and October 4 from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 18:00.
This app course is a basic level training for participants to create applications on their Androids. The young people will learn the basics of programming and how to use free online platforms to create their own applications.
The course will cover the following topics:
– Introduction, Meeting market needs, Development planning and User experience. Types of applications
– App planning/design.
– Development of the no-code App.
– Testing and Validation.
– Export, creation of an executable build and testing on Android.
The councilor delegate of the Youth area, Julia Simón, has pointed out that “in an increasingly technological world, getting the most out of our mobile devices and knowing how to use them as a work tool becomes an essential task for young people”.
This course is part of the activities organized on the occasion of the Year of Youth. The workshop will be held at the technology academy Élite Brain and is free of charge, until full capacity is reached.
