The City Council will offer in August the workshop ‘Creative Hands’ for children from 6 to 12 years old at the Children’s Library of the Padre Manuel Cultural Center.

It will be held weekly, with prior registration, and will take place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, in shifts of one and a half hours.
The Estepona City Council informs that the Municipal Library will teach during the month of August the workshop ‘Creative Hands’ in the Elvira Lindo Children’s Room, located in the Padre Manuel Cultural Center. This municipal initiative is free and is aimed at children between 6 and 12 years old.
The workshop is weekly and will be held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, offering two shifts: from 10:00 to 11:30 am and from 12:00 to 13:30 pm. Each shift will have a maximum of 8 places, assigned in order of registration.
The sessions will be designed to stimulate the creativity and ingenuity of the participants. The initiative includes various manual activities such as collage, cardboard recycling, bookmarks, summer layout, fabric painting and altered books, among others. With a theme centered on the library and literature, ‘Creative Hands’ seeks to encourage manual work in a playful and educational environment, allowing each child to express his or her own story through art.
Interested families should send an email to biblioteca@estepona.es indicating ‘Creative Hands Workshop’ in the subject line. In the body of the message, it will be necessary to include the name, surname, age of the child and the preferred shift. Each registration will be valid for one week, comprising two workshop sessions.
With this activity, the Estepona Town Hall reaffirms its commitment to provide spaces for learning and fun for the youngest, consolidating the Children’s Library ‘Elvira Lindo’ as a meeting place for imagination and talent.
