The Estepona Town Hall organizes a workshop on corporal expression with Alberto Sellés, one of the most promising dancers of the current flamenco scene.

The activity, free and aimed at the general public, will be held on October 3 at the Mirador del Carmen Cultural Center, as part of the program of the Library of Contemporary Cultures.
The Estepona City Council informs that, as a preview of the cultural programming of the fourth quarter of the Library of Contemporary Cultures, the young dancer Alberto Sellés (San Fernando, 1991) will give the workshop of corporal expression 'The movement is spirit: introduction to flamenco dance'. It will take place on October 3 at 8:00 p.m. in the auditorium of the Mirador del Carmen Cultural Center.
This free activity is part of the cultural offerings of the municipality, with the aim of bringing the various artistic disciplines to citizens and promote active participation in educational and cultural initiatives.
Alberto Sellés, recognized for his talent and international projection, has been awarded the Revelation Award of the Festival de Jerez (2014) and the First Prize of the Spanish Dance and Flamenco Choreography Contest (2020). He has been part of the Cuerpo de Baile del Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía and currently takes his art to stages around the world, contributing to the dissemination of flamenco and Spanish culture both within and outside our borders.
The Estepona Town Hall invites all those interested to participate in this workshop, which offers a unique opportunity to get started in the art of flamenco dance by the hand of one of the most outstanding young talents of the current scene. Free admission until full capacity is reached.
