Urban artists Óscar El Ruso and El Jhota, protagonists of 'Noche en Blanco' dedicated to young people

During this cultural event, which will be held this Saturday, September 6, all museum spaces in the city can be visited free of charge from 8:00 p.m. to midnight.

Estepona City Council reports that the new edition of 'La Noche en Blanco', to be held this Saturday, September 6, will be dedicated to young people, on the occasion of the Year of Youth.

The councilor of the area of Culture and Festivities, Macarena Diánez, explained that urban artists Oscar El Ruso and El Jhota will be the protagonists of the free concert to be held on the beach of La Rada, from 21.00 hours.

Oscar El Ruso, born in Malaga in 2004, is a singer and composer of urban music. His song 'Japoni' has more than 33 million reproductions and songs like 'Whisky', 'Solamente tú' or 'Kylie' have accumulated more than 40 million reproductions. The virality of his songs like 'Mi Cachuli' have made him one of the urban artists with more projection.

El Jhota is an artist from Madrid who began his musical career at the age of 15, when the first reggaeton records began to arrive in Spain. With 20 years he began to stand out in the national scene of this genre getting millions of reproductions in his first songs. His music is influenced by old school reggaeton, R&B, trap and flamenco, achieving great successes such as 'Casa de papel'.

The performance on the beach will be completed with the artist DJ Monchi.

On the other hand, all museum spaces in the city will open free of charge to the public from 20.00 to 00.00 hours. This open day will be at the Mirador del Carmen Cultural Center, where the sculpture exhibition 'Quiñones: Al Origen', by Juan Miguel Quiñones. In addition, you can visit the pictorial exhibitions of Ana Maria Luque and Paloma Ripollés in the Casa de Las Tejerinas, and the Castle of San Luis. The Corominas Dolmenic Interpretation Center will also remain open during these extraordinary hours. La Noche en Blanco 2025 will also offer other free cultural and leisure activities. Thus, the Padre Manuel Cultural Center will host a FC25 Tournament on Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 hours. Soccer and video game enthusiasts will have the opportunity to show their skills in the virtual court and compete for a PlayStation PS5 Digital Edition console in this tournament aimed at young people aged 12 to 35 years, organized by the Unicorn Cultural Association, sponsored by the City of Estepona.

The municipal responsible for Culture and Festivities encourages all citizens to participate in all the free activities for this Saturday. "Estepona has exhibition and heritage spaces of great value, so this weekend we will have the opportunity to enjoy them at night. Surely it will be a very interesting experience for those who come," stressed Diánez.
